@foxchicka2011 Biggest Loser Cardio Max. Makes you sweat like crazy 6 week program. Then some pilaties and yoga. Or if you don’t want to buy the DVD(I highly recomend you do buy it) go to the gym and do the treadmil or ellpitcal, or bike.

@Jessicagftp What would help you is doing reg. crunches & doing crunches with the legs straight up in the air along with these 90degree angle crunches. Either find some one to hold thier ankles and have them push your feet down and use your abs to not let them touch the ground but go down low. or use a bed post for it. Did them for cheer. Flatest abs ever doing them. Also cut out soda, helps slims down alot. And other sugary drinks. Lemon tea is my addiction though…..lol.
